Whatever your occasion, a wine tour can be a perfect fit! Here are some suggestions to help make the day more fun!

We usually pick up parties around 9:30am-10:30am. We suggest you have a full breakfast prior to your tour. Feel free to bring beverages of your choice, although we prefer no bloody mary mix due to possible spillage.

There are many choices for your lunch menu. The most economical would be for your group to pack a picnic lunch to be enjoyed at the first vineyard after the tasting. Your chauffeur will set up your lunch indoors or outside depending on the weather. If your tour is in the Yadkin Valley (off of I-77) there is a fabulous Amish Deli called the Shiloh General Store. We can have your lunch pre-ordered for you for $5.50. Lunch includes a large home-made sandwich and a bag of chips.

Jersey Mikes and Jason's Deli also have great packages for group lunches.

If you would like to eat at a vineyard, let us know! The Harvest Grill at Shelton is fantastic, as is the Sanders Ridge restaurant.

To keep your tour on schedule, we highly recommend all your guests having their tasting fees in cash. Ideally the hostess will have collected their cash that morning, and can give it to the chauffeur. The chauffeur will then pay for the tastings at each vineyard. It becomes time-consuming to have each guest pay on their credit card $5 at each vineyard....Of course, purchases at the vineyards may be done individually.
Example: If you have 10 people going to 3 wineries, 3 envelopes with $50 each would be perfect. This is assuming the tasting fees are $5 at each of the vineyards.
